On one side is an active harbor, and the other a beach with soft sand and large crowds in the summer months. Groups of passengers will cruise aboard Bellamy – our 32′ inspected vessel pictured below in white (with orange rafts on top). Cruises all the way through the Cape Cod Canal, to the Sandwich Boat Basin and returns. For seating arrangements, we have plenty of outside deck space in the front as well as the back. If you get a little cold, there is a very spacious inside salon with plenty of blankets for when it’s a little chilly at night.

About the Bay Spirit
First used by the Florida Aquarium for dolphin watching tours, the Bay Spirit was purchased by Bob and Jake Kohl in June of 2009. However, one thing to note is that the sun will change position a bit during the winter, and becomes harder to see the closer to gets to the horizon along Cape Cod Bay. This waterfront restaurant offers tables in a traditional dining room, as well as tables right on the beach in the sand, depending on which you prefer. And the sun will set right over the water so everyone gets an incredible view of the sunset while enjoying a wonderful meal and cocktails. We will not operate in hazardous weather conditions such as heavy rain, thick fog, high winds or thunder and lightning. If severe weather cancels your reservation we will make every effort to reschedule for another day. In the winter, I suggest heading more toward Orleans and the Outer Cape (towns north of Orleans) for the best views of sunset in the colder months. To check any pet restrictions due to shore bird nesting, you’ll want to go to the beach’s website on the Cape Cod National Seashore website. During sunset, the cliffs will be dripping in a warm, amber glow that doesn’t even seem real. And if you have the time, I highly suggest a sunset walk on the beach to see the cliffs from the shoreline.
The shallow tidal pools are ideal for photographers trying to capture multi-colored sunset views reflected in the still waters. The Bay Breeze is a 45’ Lock Crowther designed catamaran. At 23’ wide, the Bay Breeze is a very stable platform for sailing.
Cancellations/adjustments are subject to our cancellation policy (please see additional FAQ’s). Additionally, customers are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages. No-shows and cancellations made 48 hrs or less before departure time will be charged full price. The final decision will come down to boat availability, number of passengers and other business needs.
